About the Journal

Established in 2008, the ASBM Journal of Management (AJM) is a peer-reviewed, bi-annual international journal published by ASBM University. The journal is committed to advancing knowledge in management and allied disciplines by publishing original, rigorous, and impactful research that contributes to both academic scholarship and managerial practice.

AJM serves as a forum for scholars, researchers, practitioners, industry leaders, and policymakers to exchange ideas and disseminate research addressing contemporary business and management challenges. The journal encourages interdisciplinary perspectives and welcomes contributions that present theoretical advancements, provide empirical evidence, offer practical insights, and articulate policy implications.

The journal publishes original research articles, conceptual papers, review articles, case studies, and book reviews across a broad spectrum of management disciplines. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure academic quality, originality, methodological rigour, and ethical integrity.

AJM is indexed in internationally recognised databases, including EBSCO, ProQuest, and J-Gate, ensuring wide visibility and accessibility of published research. In keeping with its commitment to promoting quality scholarship, the journal follows a transparent publication process and does not levy any article processing or publication charges.

Through the dissemination of high-quality research and the promotion of intellectual dialogue, AJM seeks to bridge the gap between theory and practice while contributing to responsible management education, sustainable business practices, and evidence-based decision-making.
